Order From Us

Once you have selected your dollhouse, kindly complete the attached order
form below, and email us together with the proof of payment for the deposit
to  <mailto:info@minimansions.co.za> info@minimansions.co.za.

For Collections from our factory premises. The option exists to either pay
50% deposit via EFT upon placing your order and the balance in cash upon
collection, OR … to pay the full amount owing upon collection. Please
clearly indicate this on the order form.

For Deliveries to your doorstep. We will require 50% of the amount to be
paid as a deposit upon placing your order, and the balance before the goods
leave the factory for your delivery. Please ensure someone is at home to
receive the goods on the day of delivery.

However, we strongly encourage the collection option so that you get to see
the goods before you make your final payment to ensure that you are
satisfied and just as excited about the dollhouse as your daughter would be,
and also.. You may be in a position to choose colours that best suit your
likes in the event that we have other houses ready for purchase on our
floor.

Note that we do not have any card facilities at the factory and only cash or
instant clearance EFT’s will be accepted.

No goods are allowed to leave the premises without proof of payment and
strictly no cheques accepted.

Please ensure that if you intend to collect an assembled dollhouse, that the
vehicle has sufficient volume to accommodate the dollhouse without the need
to disassemble parts or cause damage in transit. Whilst the house is
shrink-wrapped to protect the paintwork, it is advisable to carry a blanket
to cover the house to further protect the house from scratches whilst in
transit. (Also.. your little one does not get to see her gift before it is
unwrapped)

Collection and delivery is normally done from Mondays to Fridays, 8am to
4pm, with special arrangements for weekend collections. We are closed on
Public Holidays and for December, we close on the 20th and open on the 2nd
week of January.

Delivery charges in the Johannesburg East Rand Areas can be done at a fee of
R250.00, Johannesburg North Rand, South Rand, West Rand, Pretoria and
surrounding areas (within a radius of 50km) at R300.00.

For all other areas, please arrange for collection with your courier company
by supplying them with the following:-

Size of house as indicated (volume), its weight. and be sure to mention that
it is a wooden dollhouse so that care should be taken in transporting it if
it is pre assembled.

Collection location : Modderfontein, Edenvale, Mondays to Fridays, 8am to
4pm

Note: For your added peace of mind, all houses carry a 3 month exchange
warranty against faulty workmanship. Should your dollhouse fall on hard
times after this warranty period and require a little “upgrade” or
“refreshing”, we will gladly replace panels, repaint and make it “new”
again, at a nominal cost.
